week three rang a 3 quilt project

Back to primary school again today, showed the kids how to iron bondaweb onto their dyed fabrics. they were  pretty impressed with the dyed fabrics from last week, lots of oohh's and aahh's.

Everyone nearly got a go today at ironing bondaweb onto their dyed fabric, one table left.

All experts at ironing now and mothers informed to pass ironing chores on!! some students not at all happy!!

Look at the finished drawings, amazing. We had a visit form the Principle Maire, who's a quilter too, we had one of her quilts in the class today to look at which was wonderful,  beautiful Irish chain. Gonna see some fabric flowers next week, can't wait.
